They are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join their talented team in Louisville, KY office. Highlighted Duties:

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Perform tax, review, compilation, and accounting procedures as assigned
• Assist management with tax planning projects and client strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, high-quality service
• Support clients with tax and accounting questions and assist in tax controversy matters
• Stay current on federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Manage multiple engagements effectively—balancing quality, deadlines, and collaboration
• Mentor and inspire team members while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability

Highlighted Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
• 4+ years of comprehensive tax accounting experience, including recent public accounting work
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
