They are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join their talented team in Louisville, KY office. Highlighted Duties:
- Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Perform tax, review, compilation, and accounting procedures as assigned
- Assist management with tax planning projects and client strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, high-quality service
- Support clients with tax and accounting questions and assist in tax controversy matters
- Stay current on federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Manage multiple engagements effectively—balancing quality, deadlines, and collaboration
- Mentor and inspire team members while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
- 4+ years of comprehensive tax accounting experience, including recent public accounting work
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
