Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Talis Group’s client is a global engineering, sales, and project management firm specializing in manufacturing equipment, on-site installation services, and turnkey solutions for industrial construction. They are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to elevate their brand presence and effectively showcase their capabilities within the commercial and industrial construction markets.
In this role, you’ll bring your marketing expertise from the construction, design, or real estate industries to help us stand out from the competition. You’ll work closely with our leadership and project teams to develop engaging content, proposals, and campaigns that highlight what makes our projects and people exceptional.
Project location: Jeffersonville, IN M-F (may have opportunity for partial remote.)
Salary range: $60 - $90K (based on experience)
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive new business opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and project profiles that tell a story.
- Manage website updates, social media content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate photography, press releases, etc.
- Support business development efforts with marketing insights and data-driven strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of marketing experience with a design firm, construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for great design.
- Proficiency with marketing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM systems, etc.).
- A collaborative, organized, and self-motivated mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
