Company offers top level salary based on experience and full benefit package – health, dental, vision, HSA, life, disability, good PTO and holiday pay and 401k match.

Highlighted Duties:

  • Champion daily office operations and create organized, efficient administrative processes.
  • Manage weekly payroll processing with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee administration functions including onboarding, employee communications, records management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships across the organization and help foster a strong employee experience and culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for employees, vendors, and leadership.
  • Assist with accounting and administrative support functions as needed, including coordination with finance team members.
  • Maintain and utilize ERP systems and Microsoft 365 tools to support reporting, communication, and workflow management.
  • Help establish structure, accountability, and consistency within office operations.
  • Support special projects and company initiatives as the organization continues to grow.

Highlighted Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, payroll, or similar administrative leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
  • Strong weekly payroll processing experience required.
  • Experience working within ERP systems is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
  • Self-directed, proactive personality with the confidence to take ownership and improve processes.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Accounting support experience is a plus.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Visible and impactful role within a growing manufacturing organization.
  • Opportunity to improve systems and help shape company culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborative leadership team that values initiative and operational excellence.
  • Stable company with long-term growth potential.
  • Opportunity to be more than “administrative” — this role is a true operational partner to leadership.

If you are someone who enjoys creating order, supporting people, improving operations, and being a trusted advisor, this is the perfect position for you.
