Highlighted Duties:

• As a key liaison between contractors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Contractors and Customers
• Review construction plans and blueprints to develop precise material take-offs
• Partner with suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive quotes and bids
• Manage projects from proposal to purchasing to installation, ensuring timelines and specifications are met
• Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinating cross-functionally to keep projects on track
• Coordinate material deliveries to align with installation schedules
• Troubleshoot installation challenges, material discrepancies, or plan changes
• Maintain proactive communication with Customers and Contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Highlighted Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience of project management in the construction or hardware and specialty industry
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints and create accurate material lists
• Strong relationship-building skills with Customers and Contractors
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions
