Job Description
Talis Group’s company client is a regional law firm hiring for a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join their Louisville, KY office. Our company client is a well respected and successful firm with a great reputation in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience paralegal. This firm offers a full benefits package (health, life, disability, dental, vision, HSA and EAP programs), 15 PTO days and a salary range of $65,000-$75,000.
Highlighted Duties:
- Draft corporate documents including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and stock certificates.
- Prepare corporate entity documentation, including foreign qualification applications.
- Perform online searches of state and federal lien and litigation databases.
- Complete corporate and UCC filings with states.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.
Highlighted Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
