Job Description
Talis Group’s client, a prominent and well-established litigation firm in Indianapolis, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its high-performing Civil Defense team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced cases—including trucking accident litigation, premises liability, workers’ compensation defense, and more—while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% remote schedule.

Highlighted Duties:
- Request, organize, and summarize detailed medical records.
- Manage electronic filings in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct occasional fact-finding and basic legal research.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, document drafting, scheduling, and case coordination.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Strong skills in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe.
- 5–10 years of paralegal experience in civil defense litigation.
- Knowledge of Indiana court procedures is essential.
- Prior experience with e-filing, medical record handling, and summary preparation preferred.
- A highly organized professional who follows procedures, works well within a team, and thrives under direction when needed.
