Highlighted Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and other family law matters
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, etc.
• Provide frequent client communication, updates, and legal strategy guidance
• Conduct legal research and draft motions/pleadings as needed
• Work with team support to efficiently move cases forward

Highlighted Requirements

• Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing
• 1+ year of Family Law experience required
• Experience in a high-volume practice and/or handling high-asset cases preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Ability to balance empathy with firm advocacy in sensitive family law cases
