Highlighted Duties

• Manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and other Family Law matters
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Develop legal strategies while providing compassionate, responsive client communication
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution

Highlighted Requirements

• Active Kentucky or Indiana Bar license in good standing
• 1-3+ years of Family Law experience
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload preferred
• High-asset divorce experience is a plus
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
• Client-focused approach with the ability to balance empathy and effective advocacy
