Highlighted Duties
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch
- Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable
- Support production through hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales
- Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts
Highlighted Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong NPI and production ramp up experience
- Expertise in root cause problem-solving
- Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes
