They are hiring an Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group. This role offers the chance to work on engaging, complex labor and employment matters while still having the support, resources, and flexibility to maintain balance outside of work.

Highlighted Duties
- Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
- Draft, analyze, and review agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
- Represent clients before courts and administrative agencies.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare briefs.
- Partner with clients to provide practical, business-minded solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues on firm initiatives, training, and business development.
Highlighted Requirements
- Active Kentucky License
- 0-2 years of labor & employment law experience (traditional labor law or HR background a plus).
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cases with appropriate supervision and contribute to a collaborative team.
- A client-focused mindset with an appreciation for efficiency and balance.
