Firm is hiring an Attorney for their Corporate Law division. Highlighted Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload focusing on mergers & acquisitions, contract review and drafting, shareholder agreements, articles of incorporation, due diligence, ESOP work and other general corporate transactional matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate correspondence, contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay abreast of corporate law and future laws that may affect clients

Highlighted Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have active KY license or be able to transfer in quickly with UBE
• Seeking 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in corporate law or business litigation in a law firm setting.
• Understanding of mergers & acquisitions, contracts, and general corporate transactional work
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Finance or Business undergrad degree is a plus
