Key Duties:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate with external CPA firms, banks, and other financial partners
• Manage sales tax reporting and compliance
• Support job costing, inventory reporting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment
• Partner with ownership on forecasting, growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning
• Help improve systems, reporting, and overall financial processes as the company continues to grow

Highlighted Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience preferred
• Must have experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics or Print Production industries
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and staff at all levels
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
