This role will focus on facilities and equipment electrical systems for a major two-year industrial project in the Elizabethtown area, with future opportunities to transition to other regional projects upon completion. Highlighted Duties:

  • As the Electrical Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects—from estimating and budgeting through installation and closeout.
  • Perform electrical take-offs using estimating software
  • Develop competitive proposals and final bids for industrial and commercial projects
  • Manage project budgets to ensure financial performance and profitability

  • Lead meetings, facilitate conference calls, and provide weekly/monthly progress reports
  • Review and manage contracts and subcontract agreements

You’ll be both a strategic leader and a tactical executor—driving timelines, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Electrical Engineering degree or hands-on experience as a licensed electrician
  • Proven experience performing all levels of electrical estimating (commercial, industrial, institutional)
  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Knowledge of branch circuiting, electrical design concepts, and material costs
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
  • Design-build experience highly preferred
  • BIM, CAD, and LEED experience a plus
