$85 - $110 + strong benefits package         M-F

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES

  • Lead the prefabrication of underground, overhead, and in wall electrical systems, including branch, lighting, and temporary power assemblies.
  • Develop, oversee, and adjust weekly and monthly prefabrication production schedules.
  • Prioritize and sequence prefab activities to support field installation milestones.
  • Ensure all assemblies meet NEC requirements, design intent, and quality standards.
  • Inspect and approve assemblies prior to deployment to the field.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and the Ops Manager to ensure timely delivery of prefab components.
  • Track production progress and provide regular updates to the Program Manager.
  • Support risk mitigation and schedule recovery efforts.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
  • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to ensure proper routing of concealed wiring.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty equipment or systems when required.
  • Assign tasks and manage prefabrication crew
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety procedures.
  • Train team members in new processes, standards, and advanced methods.

 HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of electrical construction or prefabrication experience.
  • Electrical Foreman/Supervisor experience (5 years required).
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman level role.
  • Commercial electrician experience (10 years preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes, construction sequencing, and prefabrication best practices.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft 365; AutoCAD/Revit experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
