Job Description

Our client is a highly respected Kentucky based law firm with nearly a century of excellence and national recognition, is seeking an Attorney to join our Bankruptcy Practice Group. This position will work on sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring and financial litigation matters for their clients.  With multiple offices and a reputation for exceptional client service, this firm offers the opportunity to practice sophisticated law in a collaborative, supportive environment where work-life balance is valued.

Highlighted Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and complex creditor/debtor matters.
  • Handle banking and commercial credit litigation and assist with liquidation strategies.
  • Conduct research, draft pleadings, prepare briefs, and provide business-minded legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop practical, results-driven solutions.
  • Participate in client development efforts, bar association activities, and firm initiatives.

Highlighted Requirements:

  • Active Kentucky License
  • 2–10 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or related commercial litigation.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills with the ability to manage cases effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
