Highlighted Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters from start to finish.
• Strategize and implement effective litigation plans.
• Conduct legal research, analyze laws, and manage case documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Negotiate settlements and guide clients through legal proceedings.

Highlighted Requirements:

• D. from an accredited law school and KY Bar License.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney (Defense preferred).
• Strong grasp of civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
