Our client, a growing and reputable title company, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney to lead and manage residential and some commercial closings. Highlighted Duties

• Oversee all aspects of real estate closings from contract to post-closing
• Review title searches, resolve title issues, and ensure all documentation complies with state and federal regulations
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and underwriters to coordinate smooth and timely closings
• Draft and review legal documents, including settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and closing disclosures
• Conduct in-person or virtual closings with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide legal counsel on real estate matters as needed

Highlighted Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Kentucky
• 1+ years of experience in real estate closings (residential and/or commercial)
• Knowledge of title insurance, escrow practices, and closing procedures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to handle multiple files and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
