Office Administrator
Job Description
Talis Group’s client is a state-of-the-art industry leader in providing mobility solutions to improve quality of life and level of freedom. They are looking to hire a professional Office Administrator for their Baton Rouge, Louisiana location and this role will report to the General Manager. An excellent customer service mindset is needed along with strong problem-solving & organizational skills, and articulate oral communication while working in a fast-paced environment. This position will also assist with accounting clerical tasks. This is a full time, direct hire with a pay range of $21-$24 per hour, plus full benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in office).

Highlighted Duties:
- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide customer service.
- Handle accounts receivable, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist with collections through email communication & drafting correspondence.
- Maintain office files, prepare business correspondence, and process legal documents.
- Oversee the Rental program and assist with dealership management as needed.
- Schedule service appointments, vehicle deliveries, and driver pick-ups.
- Order office supplies and manage mail distribution.
- Document meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials.
- Support the team with administrative projects and clerical tasks.
Highlighted Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Business preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask across various projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing data.
- Professional and efficient correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships based on openness, candor, and trust.
- Accurate and timely completion of projects and reports.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company information.
