Talis Groups’ client has been a leading manufacturer of innovative digital signage solutions for over 25 years. Although small in size their national reach and impact are big. They are looking for a marketing leader to match that energy!

 We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Director to drive brand positioning, lead generation, and product marketing strategies that support sales and business growth in a B2B manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for guiding internal communications, and aligning marketing initiative closely with production, sales team and customers. This role is creative but also hands-on.

 Salary: $90 - $100K

 HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES

• Create and oversee all facets of the company’s marketing strategies to drive growth, support sales representatives, and maintain/gain customers.
• Develop and implement strategies, manage budget.
• Leverage marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance and drive data-informed decision-making across all channels.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and manage external partners such as designers, writers, and digital agencies.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insight and recommendations for improvement.
• Consistently engage with customers and sales representatives, using their feedback to create the most impactful marketing plans.
• Occasional travel required.

 HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in B2B marketing.
• Experience working with product marketing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Have an outgoing and relatable personality.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
