Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Talis Group’s company client is a well-established law firm in Floyds Knobs, Indiana known for its commitment to exceptional client service. This team-oriented firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to attorneys & paralegals. This is a full-time, direct hire role with a salary range of $35-39k plus full benefits package & paid time off. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, onsite.

Highlighted Duties:
- E-file legal documents with the court system.
- Draft & prepare summons and service packets.
- Organize & maintain legal paperwork and client files.
- Manage incoming emails & phone calls professionally & in a timely manner.
- Provide essential administrative support to attorneys & paralegals.
- Handle additional clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of foreclosure law or legal processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, & meet deadlines.
