Job Description
Talis Group’s client, a well-established, locally owned manufacturer, is seeking an initiative-taking, experienced Inside Sales Representative. This key role provides essential support to the sales team ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
There is room to grow for the committed candidate. This organization puts a strong focus on continuous improvement; servant leadership, and continuing education (education reimbursement program).
Monday – Friday (NO remote)
Salary range: $50 – 60K (based on experience) + a full benefits package, including 401K and bonus potential.
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, pricing, and general questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent and consistent customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Maintain accurate and current customer information in system.
- Check product inventory availability and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
- Work with team members and other departments to meet / exceed all goals.
HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Persuasive communication and people skills
- Possess strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to be proactive in learning, assisting customers, and supporting teammates.
