Talis Group’s client, a well-established, locally owned manufacturer, is seeking an initiative-taking, experienced Inside Sales Representative. This key role provides essential support to the sales team ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Monday – Friday (NO remote)

Salary range: $50 – 60K (based on experience) + a full benefits package, including 401K and bonus potential. 

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Field incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, pricing, and general questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent and consistent customer service.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
• Quickly gain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate and current customer information in system.
• Check product inventory availability and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
• Work with team members and other departments to meet / exceed all goals.

HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Persuasive communication and people skills
• Possess strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to be proactive in learning, assisting customers, and supporting teammates.
