Talis Group’s client is a well-established manufacturer of custom products located in New Albany, Indiana. They are looking to hire a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join their talented team.

This full-time, direct hire position offers a salary of $50k-$58k, plus full benefits.

Monday – Friday.

 HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing end-user support.
• Play a key role in technology strategy, security protocols, and asset management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot WAN/LAN issues, responding to equipment breakdowns as needed.
• Investigate and diagnose hardware/software faults, providing end-user support.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and resolve password/login issues.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
• Assist with IT security policy implementation and infrastructure auditing.
• Regularly update management on projects and IT system performance.

 HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree in IT or a related field with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft networking infrastructure and operating systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, RDP, and NAT.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking.
• Strong understanding of network services, including VPNs.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with manufacturing software (Visual) is a plus.
• Certifications: MCSA preferred but not required.
