Job Description
Join a large leading professional services firm with a strong regional footprint and a deep commitment to excellence, collaboration, and culture. Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resources Manager to support offices in Louisville and Lexington area. Position is based in Louisville and offers hybrid work model. In this highly visible and multifaceted role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to Executives, Managers and Employees, leading key HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, culture-building initiatives, and operational support. You’ll also collaborate closely and occasionally support other HR professionals in offices across the U.S, ensuring consistency and alignment across the Firm.

Highlighted Duties:
- Serve as the go-to HR and operations partner for the Louisville and Lexington offices, and as backup support for other offices
- Support the full employee lifecycle: post roles, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding logistics.
- Act as a culture champion: coordinate events, staff meetings, awards, and milestones that reflect our values and promote engagement.
- Assist with staffing logistics, PTO tracking, HRIS updates, and timecard approvals.
- Communicate Firm updates and initiatives clearly and consistently to staff and leadership.
- Support inclusion initiatives and help foster a diverse, respectful, and collaborative environment.
- Help coordinate performance reviews and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Manage special projects and provide general operational support as needed.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or Office Management
- Experience working in Professional Services (law firm, engineering firm, public accounting firm etc) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS systems experience (e.g., ADP) a plus.
