Highlighted Duties:

• As Controller, you will oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Accounting & Finance – Month-end close, account reconciliation, financial reporting, financial analysis, payroll taxes, and business taxes.
• Job Costing & Inventory – Tracking and analyzing costs to support project profitability.
• Licensing & Compliance – Overseeing truck fleet licensing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Leadership & Strategy – Managing and developing staff while improving financial processes to support business growth.

Highlighted Requirements

• Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role
• Prefer experience in construction industry or related field
• Strong knowledge of job costing, financial reporting, and business taxes.
• Ability to function effectively in hands-on role with daily accounting functions
• Must have solid Word, Excel and ERP software skills
