Talis Group’s client, a highly respected regional law firm with over 50 years of excellence in Louisville, is seeking a skilled attorney to consult with financial institutions on a variety of real estate and finance matters. This firm offers flexible work arrangements: Fully remote or hybrid options to suit your lifestyle; manageable Billable Hours with flexible structure that averages between 1,400 – 1,800 hours; Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary plus a percentage-based production bonus: Including 401K matching, Health, Dental, and Vision.
Highlighted Duties:
- Provide expert consultation on loan document review, enforcement, and collections.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents.
- Navigate complex real estate finance transactions with a meticulous approach to legal, regulatory, tax, and financial aspects.
- Stay ahead of evolving real estate and lending regulations to provide clients with informed, strategic advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize transaction structures.
- Occasionally assist with additional legal matters from the firm’s diverse client base.
Highlighted Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Kentucky.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or banking law.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial and transactional data.
