Highlighted Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage discovery, including drafting requests, depositions, and witness prep.
• Provide legal counsel and case updates to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Stay current on legal developments and maintain accurate case files.

Highlighted Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Kentucky Bar License or ability to transfer in via UBE
• 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience (newly licensed attorneys will be considered)
• Knowledge of civil procedure and litigation tactics.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
