About the Firm
For nearly two decades, this firm has built a strong reputation in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Family Law, Corporate Law, and some Injury and Criminal Litigation matters. They prioritize quality legal services, community engagement, and attorney development over billable-hour requirements (no requirements for this firm). Their focus is on helping attorneys succeed, grow their practice, and be rewarded for their contributions through bonuses and other incentives.
Highlighted Duties:
- Provide expert legal counsel in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas (family, real estate, litigation, criminal, probate)
- Mentor and lead a small team of attorneys and support staff
- Engage with the local community to build relationships and attract clients
- Develop new business with firm-provided resources and support
Highlighted Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas
- Active Indiana Bar license or eligibility for reciprocal admission
- Must be able to work onsite in Southern Indiana area
- Leadership and business development experience preferred
- Book of business preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to community engagement and professional growth
