Position will support Managing Partner in commercial real estate, corporate law and energy.

Highlighted Duties:
- Position will support Managing Partner in commercial real estate, corporate law and energy.
- Experience in preparing all title and closing documents for commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft commitment policies, easements, agreements.
- Communicate well with all parties in these transactions, regarding meetings, documents, timelines, etc.
- Experience performing title, lien and UCC searches.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Microsoft Office and SoftPro experience required.
- An Associate degree or equivalent paralegal certification
- 3+ years’ work experience as a real estate paralegal
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Must work well independently and possesses excellent organizational, written & verbal communication and time management skills.
- Salary commensurate with experience and includes full benefits (medical, dental, and life insurance).
