Quality Assurance Administrator
Job Description
Talis Group’s client is a well-established and growing home construction company in southern Indiana. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to support their team and customers throughout the warranty process. This role plays a critical part in coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and serving as the main point of contact between homebuyers and contractors. $22–$26/hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package: PTO, 401K, health, vision ,dental & more.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday.
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:
- Act as a customer service liaison for homebuyers and contractors.
- Coordinate and manage a high volume of scheduling tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and records
- Assist with quality assurance efforts to ensure projects meet company standards
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in construction or homebuilding preferred
- Proficiency with documentation and scheduling tools
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office and Excel
