A growing boutique law firm with nearly 20 years of deep community ties is seeking an experienced Litigation Defense Attorney to join their So. Indiana office. This firm is known for its supportive and collaborative culture, as demonstrated by its extremely low turnover and commitment to professional development. This role offers the ability to join a highly regarded firm with steady case flow and excellent support staff. Handle meaningful work defending clients in complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters This position includes generous salary, full benefit package (health, vision, dental, life, disability and IRA match), performance based bonuses, origination bonuses and unlimited PTO.

Highlighted Duties:
- Provide expert legal counsel to the firm’s clients
- Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Analyze and evaluate case strategies, damages, and potential exposure
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers to ensure effective case management
- Participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and courtroom proceedings
Highlighted Requirements
- 3+ years of Injury Litigation experience
- Active Indiana Bar license or eligibility for reciprocal admission
- Must be able to work onsite in Southern Indiana area
- D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Kentucky
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong commitment to community engagement and professional growth
